1 small can ham (Dak or other brand)
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
2 or 3 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise (more if needed)
1/2 c. pickle relish
garlic powder (optional)

Mix ingredients well. Good for sandwiches.
