VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. beef stew meat
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 bay leaves
Garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
3 ears corn, cut off cobs
1 lg. can peas, drained
3 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. sliced carrots
2-3 potatoes, diced
3-5 c. water

Combine ingredients and simmer. Works great in crockpot.
