POWDERED SUGAR REPLACEMENT 
2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
2 c. cornstarch
1 c. granulated sugar replacement

Combine all ingredients in blender; whip until well blended and powdered. Yield: 4 cups. (1/4 cup = 1 bread or 1/2 non-fat milk or 1/2 bread, 81 calories)
