BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches fresh broccoli (4 1/2 c.) raw, not cooked
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 c. sunflower seeds
Pecans or walnuts
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Beat together:

1 c. lite mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar

Add to broccoli mixture and serve.
