BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 or 5 lg. heads of broccoli
1/2 lg. red onion, chopped
1/2 lg. sweet onion, chopped
2 lbs. cooked bacon, crumbled
4 lg. pkgs. shredded cheese, 2 yellow-orange, 2 white

Mix together in large bowl.

SALAD DRESSING:

4 c. (32 oz.) Miracle Whip light
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar

Mix together. Pour into large bowl and stir. Best when made 2 days ahead of time. This recipe makes alot, can be cut in half.
