BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose pack hash browns (thawed)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage until brown; drain off fat. Place rolls on ungreased pizza pan and form crust; seal perforations. Layer sausage, potatoes, cheese.

In a bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
