TARAMA SALAD 
1 c. tarama (carp roe)
2 c. soaked bread
1 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 sm. onion
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Place tarama, bread, garlic, oil, spices in blender. Process while slowly adding olive oil until mixture is thick. Add 1/2 tsp. lemon juice at end. Serve with French bread.
