CREME OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. Coffee Rich
1 c. vegetable liquid (drained from cooked broccoli)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. gravy flavoring
2 c. broccoli, finely chopped

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir until well blended. Add Coffee Rich, vegetable liquid, salt, pepper and gravy flavoring. Heat and stir until mixture almost boils and begins to thicken. Stir in chopped broccoli; heat several minutes before serving.

(Note: Finely chopped spinach or asparagus may be used in place of broccoli.)
