WESTERN PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. butter
4 shoulder or center cut pork chops
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. Karo corn syrup
3/4 tsp. chili powder

In medium skillet melt butter. Add pork chops and cook until brown on all sides about 10 minutes. Remove pork chops. Add peppers and onion cooking until tender about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, corn syrup and chili powder into skillet. Add chops. Simmer uncovered about 30 minutes until pork chops are tender. Serve over cooked noodles.
