SHRIMP CURRY 
2 (7 or 8 oz.) pkgs. frozen shelled shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. finely chopped peeled tart apples
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

Cook shrimp according to package directions; drain. Melt butter; add apples and cook for 5 minutes. Combine flour, curry powder and salt; stir into apples. Add milk slowly. Cook and stir until sauce is thick. Add shrimp and continue cooking until heated through, stirring occasionally. Dash curry with paprika. Serve over rice.
