SAUSALITO CURRY SHRIMP 
1 c. cooked shrimp
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. milk or sherry
1 ripe avocado

Mix shrimp, soup, curry and milk/wine in pan. Heat until bubbly. Just before serving peel and slice avocado. Stir into mixture. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
