SHRIMP CURRY 
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed cream of celery
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
2 cans shrimp, cleaned & drained

Cook onion in butter until tender. Add cream of celery. Heat and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and curry powder. Add shrimp. Heat through. Serve over hot rice.
