CREAMY BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
SALAD
 
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped coarsely
2 pimentos, chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning

Combine ingredients for dressing, mix well and set aside. Trim off large leaves of broccoli, remove tough ends of stalk. Remove flowerets and cut stems into 1 inch pieces. Break cauliflower into flowerets. Combine all above into large bowl spoon dressing over top. Gently toss. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
