1 c. butter, room temperature 2 c. flour 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. finely chopped pecans 3 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar for rolling cookies after baked Cream butter. Sift flour, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, and baking powder. Add and mix well. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Shape into crescents and bake on ungreased sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Roll cookies in remaining sugar while still warm. |
