HOLIDAY BRUNCH STRATA 
6 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. light cream
1 1/2 c. grated Gruyere cheese
5 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. butter, melted

FILLING #1:
1 lb. ground ham
Sauteed chopped onion

FILLING #2:
12 oz. shrimp
6 oz. crabmeat
12 oz. scallops

Toss bread cubes with melted butter and 2 beaten eggs. Let stand. Soften cream cheese and beat with remaining 4 eggs and cream.

Layer half of bread mixture on bottom of buttered cheesecake pan; 1/3 of cheese on top of that; then filling #1. Repeat. Rest of bread, 1/3 of cheese, filling #2. End with last 1/3 of cheese. Pour egg and cream mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
