CANOE CRAB 
2 loaves unsliced Italian Bread
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup crabmeat or shrimp
1 cup chopped onions

Hollow out one loaf of bread. Break or cut the part you have removed and entire second loaf into bite-size pieces. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, crabmeat or shrimp, and onion in baking dish. May be done ahead to this point and refrigerated.

Bake at 350°F until hot-20-30 minutes. Pour into hollowed out bread. Serve surrounded with bread pieces for dipping.
