TACO PINWHEELS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chili beans, mashed
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
15 count can refrigerated biscuits
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. crushed corn chips
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Tabasco sauce to taste

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain, add bean, onion and seasoning, mix well. Press biscuits together on cornmeal sprinkled surface to form rectangle. Spoon ground beef mixture over top. As for jelly roll, cut into 5 slices.

Arrange in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Blend remaining ingredients in saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve with pinwheels.
