BAKED POPCORN 
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. white Karo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
6 qt. popped popcorn

Mix butter, sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil, let boil 5 minutes, without stirring. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Pour onto cookie pan. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. (Store in an air tight container and will stay fresh for months.)
