PEA SALAD 
2 pt. peas (canned or frozen, if frozen cook by microwave)
2 hard boiled eggs
1-2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. diced cheese (Colby or Cheddar)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Mix the first 4 ingredients; stir dressing and mix into the pea mixture. Keep refrigerated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
