PEAS & PEANUT SLAW 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. wine vinegar
3/4 c. salted Spanish peanuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Dash pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix peas, cabbage and onion together. In small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, curry, pepper, mustard and vinegar. Blend well and pour over cabbage. Toss, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Garnish with peanuts before serving. 4-6 servings.
