SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY JAM 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. white grape juice
3 c. chopped fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. frozen unsweetened cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Equal

In small bowl soften gelatin in grape juice. In medium saucepan combine rest of ingredients except equal. Boil mixture and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mixture until dissolved. Cool to room temperature and add equal. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
