Prepare bird as usual, place on long strip of Reynolds Wrap and brush all over with Mazola Corn Oil. Bring up ends of foil, overlap them about 3 inches and press close over breast. Bring up sides, pressing close. Roast in very hot oven (450 degrees) about as follows:

6-9 pounds = 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 hours; 10-13 pounds = 2 3/4 to 3 hours; 14-17 pounds = 3 to 3 1/4 hours; 18-21 pounds = 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 hours. Leaving foil open last 20 minutes to brown.
