MARY'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 sm. pkg. (lunch size) potato chips, crushed
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Also:

Cook 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli in 1/4 c. water (no salt)

CREAM MIXTURE: Mix 1 egg, mushroom soup, chicken soup, chopped onion and mayonnaise. To this add crushed potato chips. In a large casserole dish alternate layers as follows: broccoli, creamed mixture and grated cheese (end with cheese layer.) (To the cream mixture you may add ham or chicken which has been cooked.) Bake 35-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Can be prepared ahead and frozen in casserole; then thawed and cooked when needed. Serves 8-10.
