CHOCOLATE MACAROON COOKIES 
1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg

FILLING:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts

Combine all ingredients for the crust and press into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

Combine remaining ingredients for filling. Only use 1 cup coconut; save 1/4 cup for topping. Pour filling on top of coconut. Cool and cut into squares.
