CINNAMON CRISPS | |
1 c. butter 1 c. extra fine granulated sugar 1 egg, beaten 2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and mix well. Form into rolls 1 1/2 inches diameter and chill in refrigerator. Slice in 1/4 inch slice and bake on greased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. If dough is frozen, rolls can be cut thinner. Adjust baking time for thinner cookies. |
