IRISH SODA BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

In large bowl stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and raisins. Add buttermilk, stir until moist. Turn into a greased 8 x 1 1/2 inch round pan. Bake at 350 degrees until browned, about 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
