WHOLE WHEAT IRISH BREAD 
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients together and add buttermilk until you can form a dough. Pat into a ball and put on cookie sheet and cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until bread sounds hollow when tapped on bottom.
