TUBE PAN CARROT CAKE | |
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. oil 1/3 c. milk 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 3 c. grated carrot 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix until smooth, then add 3 cups of grated carrots and 1 cup of chopped walnuts. Mix well and pour in a tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Frost as desired. |
