SWEET POTATO CHEESE SUPREME PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
3/4 c. milk
2 (3 3/4 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
2 c. mashed, cooked, sweet potatoes
1 c. Cool Whip

Beat the eggs, sugar and cream cheese until fluffy. Pour into crust and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool.

Combine milk, pudding mix, sweet potatoes, cinnamon and Cool Whip. Mix well, then pour over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle a few pecans over top.
