SWEET AND SOUR BAKED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. oil

SAUCE:

1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. sweet pickles
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. catsup

Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Brown slowly in the oil. Mix sauce ingredients, brush on chicken and pour the rest over (in baking dish). Bake, covered 30 minutes and baste. Bake an additional 15 minutes, uncovered.
