2 X 2 X 2 CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
2 lb. hashbrowns
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
Onion, if desired
Salt & pepper to taste

Put hamburger on bottom of pan. Then cut onion and put it in pan. Lay hashbrowns as thick as you want on top of hamburger and onions. Open can of Cheddar cheese soup. Spread on top of hashbrowns. Cook for 45 minutes or until hamburger is done on 350 degrees.
