DESSERT PIZZA 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 1/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
21 oz. prepared fruit pie filling

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pizza pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, 1 cup oats and 6 tablespoons butter at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. To remaining crumbs blend in egg. Press in prepared pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

2. In same large bowl, add remaining 1/4 cup oats, 2 tablespoons butter, nuts, sugar and cinnamon, to reserved crumb mixture. Beat until well mixed. Spread pie filling on baked crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crumbs are light golden brown. Cool completely.

3. Garnish with whipped cream piped with a cake decorating bag or use cream cheese or frosting. You can also slice kiwi or banana around the center ring.
