FRUIT TART DESSERT 
Pizza pan
Pie crust (to fit pizza pan)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. vanilla nuggets
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. whipping cream
Assorted fruits (peaches, kiwi, nectarines, strawberries, blueberries)

Cook pie crust on pizza pan according to directions. Let cool. In microwave, in a microwave safe dish, melt the cream cheese, vanilla, nuggets and whipping cream. Stir often while melting. Spread mixture onto cool crust. Let cool. Slice fruit and place on pizza pan on top of vanilla mixture. In a small saucepan, heat pineapple juice and cornstarch until thickened. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
