LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. softened butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar in small bowl. Press evenly in bottom and about 5/8" up sides of ungreased square 8"x8"x2" pan. Bake 20 minutes.

3. Beat remaining ingredients in a medium bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy. Pour over hot crust.

4. Bake until no indentation remains when lightly touched in center, about 25 minutes. Let stand until cool. Makes 25 (1 1/2") squares.
