BAKED CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients, add milk and slightly beaten egg, mix well. Add tablespoon melted butter. Put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350-400 degrees for 30 minutes. Make sure pie feels firm to touch before taking it out of the oven.
