CRAB-CHEESE FONDUE 
8 oz. (2 c.) American cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained & flaked
1 green onion
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice

In saucepan on low heat, blend shredded cheeses and milk until melted. Stir in lemon juice and crab. Heat through. Transfer to fondue pot. Garnish with chopped green onion (optional).
