STEAK TERIYAKI 
1 1/2 lb. round or chuck, in 1" cubes
1 tbsp. ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
Pepper

Marinate meat 24-48 hours. Place on skewers. Grill 4 inches from hot coals turning and basting for 12-15 minutes.
