CHICKEN CASSEROLE DIVAN 
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Mozzarella or American cheese

Boil chicken until it can be removed from bone. Cover bottom of 9x13 casserole dish with defrosted broccoli. Spread chicken pieces over broccoli and pour mixed soups, mayonnaise and lemon juice mixture over chicken. Sprinkle cheese and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
