LINGUINE AND CLAM SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. white cooking wine
1 c. clam juice
1 chopped onion
4 cans clams
Linguine
Parmesan cheese
Crushed red peppers

Saute garlic in oil until light brown. Add oregano, cooking wine, clam juice and onion. Cook slowly until onion is tender. Add clams. Cook 2 to 5 minutes. Cook linguine 8 minutes. Top linguine with clam sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers.
