KAREN'S CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 c. water, heated
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour (mix with milk)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
butter
4 oz. Velveeta cheese (or 1/2 - 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz)
1/2 pkg. cooked & chopped broccoli

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add heated water, bouillon cubes, broccoli and cheese and flour mixed with milk. Heat until cheese is melted and soup is thickened, using low heat.

Depending on your taste, you may want to add more cheese or broccoli.
