1 lb. ground beef or chuck 1 box Kraft macaroni and cheese 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 6-8 slices American cheese Salt to taste Boil macaroni until tender while macaroni is boiling. Brown ground beef in skillet; once browned, drain off fat. Add can of tomato sauce; mix well. When macaroni is done, drain then add cheese packet; mix well. Then add it to the beef sauce; mix well again. Then our into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan/dish. Cover top with slices of American cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese on top has melted, about 5-8 minutes, then serve. |
