WHITE MOUNTAIN CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
6 egg whites (beaten stiff)

Cream sugar and butter, add milk, flour and baking powder. Fold in the 6 egg whites that were beaten stiffly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. In a 9 x 13 pan.
