SOUR CREAM CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. Cheddar, shredded
1/2 c. Swiss, shredded
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Saute pepper and onion in oil. Fold together beaten egg, sour cream, cheeses, chicken, veggies, and spices. Pour this into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
