MINT DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. Hydrox cookies
1 (30) pkg. lg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 pt. whipping cream
Peppermint flavoring

In a double boiler, combine marshmallows (cut in half) and milk and heat until marshmallows are melted. Stir constantly over medium high. Set aside.

Whip cream. Fold into cool marshmallow mixture. Add mint flavoring to taste and green food coloring for a mint color. Crumble cookies. Sprinkle half on bottom of favorite glass dish. Add mint mixture. Sprinkle remaining cookie mix on top to form crust. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
