BROWNIE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together first 3 ingredients (set aside). In a saucepan bring next 4 ingredients to a boil, pour over first 3 ingredients. Mix well (set aside).

Mix together last 3 ingredients and then add all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan or dish and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Start icing 5 minutes before cake is done. Ice while hot. 4 tbsp. cocoa 6 tbsp. evaporated milk 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans

Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil in microwave. Add sugar and use a whisk or mixer to remove all lumps. Bring to a boil once more in microwave. Now add vanilla and pecans. Pour over hot cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
