AFRICAN SOUP 
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper
1 can tomatoes, undrained
1 can baby lima beans
1 pkg. of frozen spinach
1/4 to 1/3 c. peanut butter
Red pepper to taste
Salt to taste
12 meatballs

Make meatballs and set aside.

Put 2 tablespoons of oil in 2 quart saucepan and brown green peppers and onions. Add the remaining ingredients. Add meatballs and simmer in saucepan for 1 1/2 to 1 hours. It may be necessary to add small amounts of water to the sauce to thin it out. Garnish with white rice.
