3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Place in large mixing bowl and beat until combined. Pour in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.

EASY CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Boil, stirring constantly, one minute. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
