SMOTHERED RABBIT AND ONIONS | |
1 rabbit, cleaned and cut into sm. pieces 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 c. flour 3 tbsp. butter 2 med. onions, sliced 1 c. sour cream Melt butter in skillet. Season rabbit with salt and paprika. Roll in flour until covered. Saute in butter until brown. Cover rabbit thickly with sliced onions. Sprinkle with salt and add sour cream. Cover skillet and simmer for 1 hour or can be baked in oven at 325 degrees until tender. |
