LOW FAT BROWN SUGAR CHESS PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. meal
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter plus 1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
Pastry shell

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until center of pie is firm when shaken.
