HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
4 c. diced, cooked chicken 4 c. diced celery 1 c. slivered almonds 4 tbsp. lemon juice 2 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. Accent 4 tsp. grated onion 2 c. grated cheddar or American cheese 2 c. crushed potato chips Mix all ingredients together and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Put in 8"x10" pan.
